《今日靈修默想》：「你們不要懼怕，也不要驚慌，應當剛強壯膽。」（書10:25）
默想一：你相信曾帶領約書亞為以色列人打勝戰的神，今天照樣能幫助我們打漂亮的屬靈爭戰嗎？勝敗的關鍵不在乎人力有多少，乃在於有沒有神的應許和神的同在。神若幫助我們，誰能抵擋我們呢（羅8:31）？我們的位置站對了，神才會伸出手來為我們爭戰。
默想二：神為什麼叫我們不要懼怕驚慌？因爲我們是祂用寶血所救贖的兒女，是神眼中的寶貝。祂絕不會撇下我們不管，也絕不丟棄我們為孤兒。但這項保證要看我們是否抓住神的應許，遵行神的一切話，持守聖潔的生活。
禱告：感謝神，因祢的同在及得勝的應許。在我們的生活裡經常會遇到令人懼怕、驚慌、喪膽、失望、莫名奇妙的事。求祢幫助我，讓我不看環境，乃是定睛仰望在得勝的主。祢已應許：「靠著愛我們的主，在這一切的事上已經得勝有餘了」（羅8:37）。主！有袮，我要讚美袮。奉主耶穌寶貴的聖名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Be strong and courageous.” (Jos 10:25)
Meditation one: Do you believe that the God who led Joshua to victory for Israel can still help us fight beautiful spiritual warfare today? The turning point between victory and defeat is not how much manpower there is, but whether there are God’s promises and God’s presence. If God is for us, who can be against us (Rom 8:31)? When we stand for the apposite side, God will reach out and fight for us.
Meditation two: Why does God tell us not to panic? Because we are His children redeemed with His precious blood and are treasures in God’s eyes. He will never abandon us, nor will he leave us orphans. But this assurance depends upon whether we seize God’s promises, follow all the words of God, and hold a holy life firmly.
Prayer: Thank God for Your presence and the promise of victory. In our lives we often encounter things that are frightening, panicking, depressing, disappointing, and inexplicable. Help me not to look at the environment, but to look onto the victorious Lord. He has promised, “In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him Who loved us”. (Rom 8:37) Lord! Have You with me, I want to praise You. I pray in the precious name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
