《今日靈修默想》：「我留下平安給你們，我將我的平安賜給你們。我所賜的，不像世人所賜的；你們心裡不要憂愁，也不要膽怯。」（約14:27）
默想一：基督徒常用的問安是「平安」Shalom。你今天有真平安嗎？你對未來充滿著平安嗎？關鍵在你真有基督的同在嗎？沒有基督，就沒有平安；認識耶穌，就認識平安。No Christ, No Peace ; Know Christ, Know Peace。有主耶穌同在就有平安，主賜的平安，不會被環境所影響，也不會被周圍發生的事左右。
默想二：主耶穌所賜的平安為什麼跟世人的不同？世人是靠豐盛的物質、金錢、地位、權勢、保險來保平安，但這些平安是保你還活著時有效，不能帶給你永久的平安。主耶穌所賜的平安是永遠長存、永不改變。因我們有聖靈的內住及導引，我們不用擔心未來。
禱告：感謝神，因袮是我們的平安。整個世界到處是天災人禍，勞苦嘆息，人心惶惶。但祢說：「你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。」（約16:33b）主！求祢堅固我的信心，我要日日靠祢走天路，直到見祢的面。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們！
代禱：為因疫情被迫在家上班、上學的家人禱告。讓家庭更珍惜在一起的時光，增進和諧的關係。也為主日在家的『網上崇拜』代禱，也為所有牧者的信息禱告，讓我們學會在家用心靈和誠實敬拜神，同享在靈裡相通的喜樂。
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (Joh 14:27)
Meditation one: A common Christian’s greeting is “peace” (shalom). Do you have any true peace today? Is your future filled with peace? The key point is whether you are with Christ or not? Without Christ, there is no peace. “No Christ, No Peace; Know Christ, Know Peace.” In the presence of the Lord Jesus, there will be peace. The peace granted by the Lord will not be affected by the environment, nor will it be affected by what is happening around.
Meditation two: What is the difference between the peace given by the Lord Jesus and the peace provided by the world? In this world people are depending on material abundance, wealth, position, authority, and insurance to fortify their peaceful minds. Yet it only safeguards your peace when you are still alive, and cannot bring you an eternal peace. The Peace given by the Lord Jesus is forever and changes not. Because we have the Holy Spirit dwells in us and guides us, we do not have to worry about the future.
Prayer: Thank God, for You are our peace. The whole world is filled with catastrophe, groaning, and anxiety. But You say, “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (Joh 16:33b) Please strengthen my faith, so I can rely on You to walk on the heavenly pathway every day until the day I see Your face. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen!
Intercession: Pray for family members who are forced to work from home or homeschooling because of the epidemic. Let all the families cherish their time of gathering and enhance the harmonious relationship. We also pray for the at home Lord’s Day “Online Worship”, as well as pray for all the pastors’ sermon messages. Let us learn to worship God in the Spirit and in truth at home, and enjoy the joy of fellowship in the spirit.
