《今日靈修默想》：「除祂以外，別無拯救，因為在天下人間，沒有賜下別的名，我們可以靠著得救。」（徒4:12）
默想一：聖經宣稱「除祂（耶穌基督）以外，別無拯救。」這太誇張了吧？這不是來自基督徒的解釋，而是神在耶穌基督裡那「獨一無二」的作為：耶穌道成肉身（唯一僅有是神又是人）、為世人的罪而死、從死裡復活（戰勝死亡），這是任何宗教所沒有的。
默想二：只有靠耶穌的名才能得救嗎？是的！當人信基督，就是接受祂做的一切，接受祂為人類的罪被釘十字架，接受祂已復活，信祂的人能得永生。耶穌的名表達了祂的救恩、生命、復活，當我們願意歸向祂、相信祂，靠祂的名我們可以得救。
禱告：親愛的主，感謝祢。因著祢的名，我的罪得赦免；因著祢，我跟天父上帝和好；因著祢，我得永生。我如今蒙恩全是祢的作為。求祢使用我，我願將我的餘生完全為祢而活。禱告是奉耶穌的名，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” (Act 4:12)
Meditation one: The Bible declares that “Salvation is found in no one else (except Jesus Christ).” Is that way too exaggerated, isn’t it? This is not an interpretation from Christians, but God’s “unique” act in Jesus Christ: Jesus is the Word became flesh, (the only one who is God and man), and died for the sins of the world, then resurrected from the dead (victory over death). This is no other religion has the same.
Meditation two: Can one be saved only by the name of Jesus? Yes! When a person believes in Christ, the person accepts everything He has done, accepts His crucifixion for mankind’s sins, accepts His resurrection, and those who believe in Him can have eternal life. The name of Jesus affirms His salvation, life, and resurrection. When we are willing to return to Him, believe in Him, we can then be saved by His name.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You. Because of Your name, my sins are forgiven; because of You, I can reconcile with God the Father; and because of You, I have eternal life. I have Your grace because of Your deeds. Please use me and I am willing to live all the rest of my life for You. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.
