《今日靈修默想》：「黑夜已深，白晝將近，我們就當脫去暗昧的行為，帶上光明的兵器。行事為人要端正，好像行在白晝。」（羅13:12-13）
默想一：基督徒為什麼在這世上要警醒度日？因為「黑夜已深，白晝將近」。看看現今的社會亂象：人心險惡、道德墮落、男女不分、真假不清、是非不明、異端猖獗、教會紛爭、家庭瓦解、信徒世俗化、國際間的緊張對立，這都是主耶穌再來的徵兆。若我們站立得穩，我們不必驚慌。但我們得問自己，主若今日來，我準備好了嗎？
默想二：我們當如何迎見主的再來？消極而言，要靠主的大能脫去一切暗昧的行為。積極而言，要帶上光明的兵器，以聖潔光明的生活來見證基督的福音。這是基督徒趁早睡醒的時候，也是把握傳福音的機會。
禱告：親愛的主，感謝祢再來的應許，因那是何等榮耀的盼望。求聖靈幫助我，讓我時時刻刻披戴（穿上）基督，活出基督的聖潔、榮美、樣式，以備迎見袮隨時的到來。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們!
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us behave decently, as in the daytime.” (Rom 13:12-13)
Meditation one: Why in this world Christians should watch their lives every day? It is because “The night is nearly over; the day is almost here.” Look at today’s corrupted society, the sinister heart, the moral depravity, misrepresented sexuality identity, falsified information, rampant heresies, church disputes, broken families, secularized believers, and international hostilities, which are all signs of the second coming of Jesus the Lord. If we stand firmly, we need not to be panic. But we have to ask ourselves, if the Lord comes today, am I ready?
Meditation two: How can we be ready for the second coming of the Lord? From the negative perspective, we should put aside our deeds of darkness through the power of the Lord. From the positive perspective, let us put on the armor of light and witness the Gospel of Christ with a holy and honorable life. This is the moment for Christians to awake out of sleep and seize the opportunity to preach the gospel.
Prayer: Dear Lord, Thank You for the promise of Your second coming because it is such a glorious hope. May the Holy Spirit help me to put on (wear) Christ every moment in order to live out the holiness, beauty, and likeness of Christ, and be ready to welcome You any moment. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
