《今日靈修默想》：「我（保羅）小子啊（指信心軟弱的加拉太基督徒），我為你們再受生產之苦，直等到基督成形在你們心裏。」（加4:19）
默想一：你是否曾省察自己信主後的生命，在哪些方面看到自己有所長進？曾有人對你說：「我看出你是基督徒」嗎？靈命成熟很重要，因它直接影響你的生活、態度、見證、服事、人際關係。靈命成熟的基督徒，不僅不會讓聖靈擔憂，還顯出自己是上帝合用的器皿。
默想二：靈命要長成是誰的責任？是你個人的責任。靈命在受洗後不可能自動成長，你得花時間透過平時的靈修與神建立更親密的關係。那是成為耶穌門徒的重要指標。你要在靈命上追求突破與成長嗎？你需要天天以上帝的話語和真理餵養自己。基督徒學像基督，乃是一生的功課。
禱告：感謝天父上帝，讓我因信基督有了新生命與新生活！求袮的聖靈充滿我、管理我、潔淨我、塑造我。我願意追求更深的愛慕袮，直到基督成形在我心，滿有基督長成的身量。奉耶穌基督得勝的名祈求，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “My (Paul’s) dear children (churches of Galatia’s believers who are weak in faith), for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you” (Gal 4:19)
Meditation one: Have you ever examined your life after you accepted the Lord, and in what aspect have you seen that you have grown? Have people ever said to you, “I can see that you are a Christian”? A mature spiritual life is important because it directly affects your daily life, attitude, testimony, service, and interpersonal relationships. A mature Christian not only will not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, but also shows as a instrument prepared for God.
Meditation two: Who is responsible for the growth of spiritual life? It is your very own responsibility. Spiritual life will not grow automatically after baptism, and you have to spend time to build a closer relationship with God through your daily spiritual meditation and study. That is an important indicator of becoming a disciple of Jesus. Do you want to strive toward a breakthrough and growth in spiritual life? You need to feed yourself every day with God’s Words and Truth. Learn to be more like Christ is a lifelong lesson.
Prayer: Thank God heavenly Father, because of my faith in Christ, You granted me a new spirit and a new life! May Your Holy Spirit fill in me, rule over me, cleanse me, and mold me. I am willing to pursue to love You deeper until Christ forms in my heart and attain to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. I pray in the victorious name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
