《今日靈修默想》：「但我斷不以別的誇口，只誇我們主耶穌基督的十字架。因這十字架，就我而論，世界已經釘在十字架上；就世界而論，我已經釘在十字架上。」（加6:14）
默想一：在公眾的場合裡，你會自然地介紹你是基督徒嗎？你以自己是基督徒為榮嗎？還是覺得不好意思？因此保持沉默，反正神知道就好。耶穌說：『你們是世上的光。城造在山上是不能隱藏的。人點燈，不放在斗底下，是放在燈臺上，就照亮一家的人。』（太5:14-15）耶穌呼召我們不是作隱藏的基督徒，而是照亮人的基督徒。他還說：「凡在人面前認我的，我將在神的使者面前也必認他。」（路12:8）。
默想二：基督徒應當誇什麼？不是在人前的成功、地位、財富、健康、亨通，因這些身外之物及成就只給你短暫的快樂，卻永不能滿足你心，死了也帶不走。我們所當誇的，是主耶穌基督並祂釘十字架！因為十字架上的耶穌替我們的罪死。我們今日成了何等人，都是因主的救恩才成的。
禱告：天父，謝謝袮。因袮拯救的大能。求祢幫助我，我願謙卑像祢，將舊我的生命釘在十字架上，又讓祢復活的生命成為我的生命。求袮幫助我，我願甘心地背十字架跟隨祢，並以十字架為榮。奉耶穌寶貴的聖名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.” (Gal 6:14)
Meditation one: In a public occasion, will you naturally declare yourself as a Christian? Are you proud of being a Christian? Or, do you feel embarrassed? Therefore, keep silent since God knows it anyway. Jesus said, “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house” (Mat 5:14-15). Jesus calls us not to be a hidden Christian but a Christian who gives light to everyone. He also said, “Whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God.” (Luk 12:8).
Meditation two: What should Christians boast about? It is not about the worldly success, status, wealth, health, or prosperity; because these worldly things and achievements only give you a short-term happiness. They can neither satisfy your heart nor carry them with you upon death. What we boast about is nothing except Jesus Christ and Him crucified! It is because Jesus has died for our sins on the cross. We are what we are today, all because of the grace of the Lord.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for Your power of salvation. Please help me to be willing to humble myself as You are. Make the old self life to be crucified to me and let my life be Your resurrected life. Please help me to be willing to carry the cross to follow You, and be gratified for the cross. I pray in the precious holy name of Jesus, Amen!
