《今日靈修默想》：「所以，要拿起神所賜的全副軍裝，好在磨難的日子抵擋仇敵，並且成就了一切，還能站立得住。」（弗6:13）
默想一：你同意基督徒過的的是屬靈爭戰的生活嗎？撒但惡魔不是幻想出來的，而是真實的存在。我們因為相信基督，牠就用盡各種詭詐要使我們遠離神。雖然我們知道藉著主耶穌基督最終必然得勝，但我們絕不可掉以輕心，時刻警醒度日，勇守主道，直到基督的再來。
默想二：如何在屬靈的爭戰中贏得漂亮的戰？一定要拿起「神所賜的軍裝」—真理的腰帶、公義的護心鏡、信心的藤牌、救恩的頭盔、聖靈的寶劍（神的話）、平安的福音鞋，並且多方的禱告（弗6:14-18）。撒但不會停止攻擊屬主的人，但神已經賜聖靈居住在我們心裡，又賜全副軍裝給我們，使我們得著能力不僅擊敗撒但，而且還得勝有餘。
禱告：慈愛的天父，感謝祢賜給我得勝的確據。我知道我爭戰的對象不是人，而是在人心背後操縱的屬靈氣的惡魔。但我有袮的同在，我還怕什麼；袮為我爭戰，我擔心什麼。祢的得勝就是我的得勝。求聖靈時刻光照我，我願全心投靠袮，依賴袮的大能大力，作剛強的人。奉耶穌基督的聖名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.” (Eph 6:13)
Meditation one: Do you agree that the life a Christian lives is a life of spiritual wrestling? Satan devil is not an imaginary figure, but a real creature. Because we believe in Christ, therefore it will use all sorts of deceptions to draw us away from God. Although we know that, through the Lord Jesus Christ, we will triumph ultimately. However, we must not take it lightly but watch and live godly to bravely keep His Word until Christ comes again.
Meditation two: How to wage a good warfare during a spiritual battle? Be sure to take up “the whole armor of God” – buckle with the belt of truth, put the breastplate of righteousness in place, take up the shield of faith, take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit (Word of God), wear the shoes of the gospel of peace, and pray at all times (Eph 6:14-18). Satan will not stop attacking the Lord’s children, but God has given the Holy Spirit to live in our hearts and equipped us with the whole armor so that we have the power not only to defeat Satan, but also be more than conquerors.
Prayer: Dear heavenly Father, thank You for giving me the assurance of victory. I know that my wrestling is not against people, but the spiritual force of evil that manipulates behind the flesh and blood. Since You are with me, so I no longer fear anything. Since You fight for me, I have no reason worry. Your victory is my victory. May the Holy Spirit shine on me; I would rely on You with all my heart; rely on Your mighty power, and be a strong person. I pray in the holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
