《今日靈修默想》：「我靠著那加給我力量的，凡事都能作。」（腓4:13）
默想一：基督徒在什麼情況下，「凡事都能作」？就是當你「靠著那加給力量的主」。因為你的生命與耶穌基督聯合時，基督的能力就成為你的力量。當你遇見苦難如波浪沖撞，憂愁喪膽似乎要絕望，你不必害怕，因為神是你的幫助，祂是你性命的保障。祂的恩典夠你用。記得，主准許的困難，祂必加添力量。
默想二：你近來的靈性光景如何？處在軟弱無力、不冷不熱、心靈麻木、無精打采、自哀自憐嗎？要及時地轉向神，把所有的事交託給祂並依靠祂。祂是無所不能、統管萬有、死裡復活、掌管明天的神。凡仰望神的人，必不羞愧，而且得到祂笑臉的幫助（詩42:5）。
禱告：阿爸父，感謝你，因著祢所加給我的力量，我才能在價值混亂、是非不明、真假不分的世界裡活出不一樣的生活。求袮加增我信心，使我敢於跟世界的潮流、時髦不同。我有得勝的信心，不是因為我，乃是袮所加給我的力量。為此，我要在凡事上尊榮袮。奉主耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” (Php 4:13)
Meditation one: Under what situations can Christians “do all this”? It is when you do things “through the Lord who gives you strength”. Because when your life is unified with Jesus Christ, Christ’s strength will become your strength. When upon life’s billows you are tempest tossed and discouraged thinking all is lost, you don’t have to fear because God is your help and is your life’s stronghold. His grace can provide you with more than everything you need. Remember, any obstacles that the Lord allows, He will give you strength.
Meditation two: How is your recent spiritual status? Are you drained and neither cold nor hot, emotional numbness, languorous, or self-pitying? Turn to God in time, entrust all things to Him and rely on Him. He is the God who is omnipotent, governs all things, resurrects from the dead, and is in charge of tomorrows. Hope in God; for you shall yet praise Him for the help of His countenance. (Psa 42:5)
Prayer: Abba Father, thank You, because of the strength You have given to me, so I can live a different life in a world with confusing values, jumbling right and wrong, and muddling around truth and falseness. Please strengthen my faith, so that I dare to be different from the trends and fashion of this world. I have the faith to triumph over, not because of me, but because of the strength You have given to me. I want to honor You in everything. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
