Meditation one: How is your recent spiritual state? Are you\nmoving forward or backward? Or you stay in neither cold nor hot? This is the\nmoment that you should seek the light of the Holy Spirit before God. Taking a\nmoment to “examine yourself to see your faith”, which can be a boost to your spiritual growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation two: If you say you have faith, what is your\nrelationship with the Lord? Those who live in Christ should not always be in\nweakness, but show a strong and mature life in everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayer: Dear Abba\nFather, thank You for giving Jesus Christ to live in my heart. Although sometimes\nI am weak, however, I can seize Your promise of “whoever comes to me I\nwill never drive away” (John 6:37b). May Your Holy Spirit fill in me and\ngovern me.
