\u300a\u4eca\u65e5\u9748\u4fee\u9ed8\u60f3\u300b\uff1a\u8036\u7a4c\u56de\u7b54\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u99ac\u5927\uff0c\u99ac\u5927\uff01\u4f60\u70ba\u8a31\u591a\u7684\u4e8b\u601d\u616e\u7169\u64fe\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u4ef6\uff0c\u99ac\u5229\u4e9e\u5df2\u7d93\u9078\u64c7\u90a3\u4e0a\u597d\u7684\u798f\u5206\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u80fd\u596a\u53bb\u7684\u3002\u300d\uff08\u8def10:41-42\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u79b1\u544a\uff1a\u89aa\u611b\u7684\u4e3b\uff0c\u611f\u8b1d\u7962\u6240\u8cdc\u7684\u4e0a\u597d\u798f\u5206\u3002\u6c42\u7962\u6642\u6642\u63d0\u9192\u6211\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u5fd9\u5230\u5fd8\u4e86\u9748\u4fee\u3002\u4e5f\u4e0d\u8981\u5fd9\u8457\u4e8b\u5949\u537b\u5fd8\u4e86\u6240\u670d\u4e8b\u7684\u4e3b\u3002\u4e3b\uff0c\u6211\u4e0d\u8981\u4ee5\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u71b1\u5fc3\u4f86\u6eff\u8db3\u88ae\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4ee5\u771f\u5fc3\u7684\u611b\u4f86\u6eff\u8db3\u88ae\u3002\u5949\u4e3b\u8036\u7a4c\u7684\u8056\u540d\u79b1\u544a\u3002\u963f\u5011\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u300aToday’s spiritual meditation\u300b:  \u201c\u201cMartha,\nMartha,\u201d the Lord answered, \u201cyou are worried and upset about many things, but\nfew things are needed\u2014or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and\nit will not be taken away from her.\u201d\u201d (Luk 10:41-42)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation one: Have you\never experienced that the longer you serve the Lord the feebler you become? Are\nyou getting more discouraged? Becoming more irritable? If so, you need to\n“rest” before God. You\nwill be saved in returning and rest. Your strength will be in quietness and in\nconfidence (Isa 30:15). Pray quietly before the Lord\nwill help you renew your strength and go further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation two: Do\nyou choose what Jesus calls “what is better”? It is good to be very\nzealous for the Lord, but don’t be\noverly busy and become upset and complain, but learn from Mary’s opportunity to\nset at Jesus’ feet listening to what He said (v.39). Establishing a love\nrelationship with the Lord depends on daily spiritual meditation. When your\nrelationship with the Lord is good, your relationship with your family, spouse,\nchildren, brothers and sisters, colleagues, and friends will also be\nharmonious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayer:\nDear Lord, thank You for your best blessing. Please remind me from time to time\nto not be too busy to forget about spiritual meditation. Also do not become too\nbusy in serving You therefore forget the Lord whom I served. Lord, I will not\nsatisfy You through the zeal of labor, but I will satisfy You with the true\nlove.
