Meditation one: Are you in a chaotic, painful, hopeless,\nhelpless, and lonely situation? You have to turn to God to pray. Since He is\nour Abba Father, Let us then approach His throne of grace with confidence, so\nthat we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need (Heb\n4:16). No matter how gloomy your days are, how bumpy the roads are, God knows\nall. Therefore, He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him\n(Heb 7:25). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation two: Why should Christians need to watch and pray?\nFor Christians as long as still live in this world, your everyday life is a\nspiritual battle. In addition to the worldly affairs, you have to fight against\nyour own flesh, mood, personality, interests, bad habits and old self. Be constant in prayer,\nbecause our hearts are willing, but our fleshes are weak.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayer: God heavenly\nFather, thank You for granting me the authority of prayer. Teach me how to\npray, yet\nnot as\nI will, but as You will, so that Your perfect will can be revealed through me.
