Meditation one: Why is “the bread of life” that Jesus\ngranted different from our daily food? For the bread He granted will\n“never go hungry ” and “never be thirsty”. The worldly\npeople have tried all kinds of ways in order to fill people’s emptiness, but\ncannot be satisfied, eat and then hungry, drink and then thirsty again. Only Jesus\ncan fulfill people\u2019s souls, for He is the bread of life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meditation two: What is the purpose of your eating and drinking?\nIs it for survival, or for life? Sadly, there are many people who just exist\nand have no life. It is merely to satisfy the needs of flesh but no meaningful\npurpose of life. Only Jesus Christ is the fulfilment of life. Jesus has\npromised that \u201cI have come that they may have life, and have it to the full\u201d\n(John 10:10b). You simply come and trust Him, He is able to save you to the uttermost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prayer: Abba heavenly\nFather, thank You for the bread of life that you granted to me in Christ.\nBecause of Your salvation, I can become partaker of the eternal life You promised \u2013 no longer hungry, thirsty, and\nwill never die.
