\u79b1\u544a\uff1a\u5929\u7236\u4e0a\u5e1d\uff0c\u611f\u8b1d\u88ae\u7684\u4fdd\u8b49\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u88ae\u662f\u6211\u7684\u4eae\u5149\u3001\u6211\u7684\u62ef\u6551\u3001\u6211\u6027\u547d\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u6211\u624d\u4e0d\u81f3\u65bc\u61fc\u6015\u3002\u6c42\u795e\u5e6b\u52a9\u6211\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u8981\u8b39\u614e\u81ea\u5b88\uff0c\u9632\u7bc4\u75c5\u6bd2\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u8981\u6642\u6642\u9632\u60a3\u5c6c\u9748\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5728\u88ae\u7684\u5149\u4e2d\uff0c\u6d3b\u51fa\u88ae\u7684\u5e73\u5b89\u3002\u5949\u8036\u7a4c\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u8056\u540d\u79b1\u544a\uff0c\u963f\u5011\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u300aToday’s spiritual\nmeditation\u300b:  \u201cThe Lord is my light and my salvation \u2014 whom\nshall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life \u2014 of whom shall I be afraid?<\/strong>\u201d\n(Psa 17:1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation one: Can\nChristians be exempted from the outbreak of this epidemic hurricane? This is\nnot conceivable! But those who trust God do not need to be afraid. The\nassurance that we are not afraid comes from the trust in our relationship with\nGod, which is so intimate that God is “my” light, “my”\nsalvation, and “my life”. In this particular relationship, He leads us in triumph in Him, and is even more than conquerors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditate two: Do\n\u200b\u200byou know what is more frightening than the new coronavirus? It is sin.\nViruses can kill people but only destroy the body at most, yet sin can kill\nyour body and also annihilate your soul. The Lord Jesus said: “Do\nnot be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be\nafraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell<\/strong>” (Mat 10:28). The wage of sin is the eternal death\nof body and soul. May the Holy Spirit shine so that we can confess our sins and\nrepent in time, and can have a lively life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayer:\nGod heavenly Father, thank You for your assurance. Because you are my light, my\nsalvation, my life’s stronghold, I will not be afraid. Pray that God will help\nme. In addition to preparing\nmy\nmind for action\nand guarding against virus, I will always guard against spiritual viruses. Let\nme live in Your peace in the light of You.
