Meditation one: What is the difference between Christians\u2019 serving in the church and working in the world? The nature of work is different, but the mentality of doing things is the same. Regardless where Christians are or in which profession, we are all Christ’s people and witnesses of Christ. We must have the heart of Christ to serve – in work, in life, in ministry, in interpersonal relationship, for the glory of God. In all things we want to please God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meditation two: How can people find out that you are a “servant of Christ”? It depends on whether you are willing to do God’s will in all things – to see what God sees, to love what God loves, to think what God thinks, and to do what God does. If your ministry is only to please people, to receive applause from people, and to win people\u2019s hearts, then you are not servant of Christ but a person who simply try to win the approval of people (Gal 1:10). A person who is busy to please other people will have a heart full of stress and anxiety, and cannot be released and joyful when serving God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
