It is when you do things “through the Lord who gives you strength”. Because when your life is unified with Jesus Christ, Christ’s strength will become your strength. When upon life\u2019s billows you are tempest tossed and discouraged thinking all is lost, you don’t have to fear because God is your help and is your life\u2019s stronghold. His grace can provide you with more than everything you need. Remember, any obstacles that the Lord allows, He will give you strength. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Meditation two: How is your recent spiritual status? Are you drained and neither cold nor hot, emotional numbness, languorous, or self-pitying? Turn to God in time, entrust all things to Him and rely on Him. He is the God who is omnipotent, governs all things, resurrects from the dead, and is in charge of tomorrows. Hope in God; for you shall yet praise Him for the help of His countenance. (Psa 42:5) <\/p>\n\n\n\n Prayer: Abba Father, thank You, because of the strength You have given to me, so I can live a different life in a world with confusing values, jumbling right and wrong, and muddling around truth and falseness. Please strengthen my faith, so that I dare to be different from the trends and fashion of this world. I have the faith to triumph over, not because of me, but because of the strength You have given to me. I want to honor You in everything. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!<\/p>",
