For if you do these things, you will never stumble.\u201d (2Pe 1:10)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditation one: Since God&#8217;s calling and election have come, which will never change, then am I simply settled as a believer? No, believers have the responsibility to testify the truth of calling and election through spiritual growth and good deeds. A Christian must actively live a life commensurate with the &#8220;calling and election&#8221; so that one can confirm that he\/she has been &#8220;called and elected&#8221; by God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditation two: How long have you been baptized? Has your spiritual life grown up more than before? Has your life become more abundant than before? Has your interpersonal relationship been more harmonious than before? Has your ministry be more effective than before? You will never stumble only through growing your spiritual life continuously. Apostle Paul reminded us: \u201cSo then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord,&nbsp;continue to live your lives in him,&nbsp;rooted&nbsp;and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught,&nbsp;and overflowing with thankfulness\u201d (Col 2:6-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prayer: Thank God for calling us through Your glory and excellences. May Your Holy Spirit shine on me so I can realize that I am obligated to &#8220;make every effort\u201d in spirit and all virtues. Help me and hold me up, I will trust in You firmly and press upwardly, until I have finished my journey established by You. I pray in Your holy name, Amen!<\/p>",
