Insight:  \u201cPray that you will not fall into temptation.\u201d (Luk 22:40)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insight one: Are you in a chaotic, painful, hopeless, helpless, and lonely situation? You have to turn to God to pray. Since He is our Abba Father, Let us then approach His throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need (Heb 4:16). No matter how gloomy your days are, how bumpy the roads are, God knows all. Therefore, He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him (Heb 7:25). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insight two: Why should Christians need to watch and pray? For Christians as long as still live in this world, your everyday life is a spiritual battle. In addition to the worldly affairs, you have to fight against your own flesh, mood, personality, interests, bad habits and old self. Be constant in prayer, because our hearts are willing, but our fleshes are weak.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayer: God heavenly Father, thank You for granting me the authority of prayer. Teach me how to pray, yet not as I will, but as You will, so that Your perfect will can be revealed through me.
