Meditation one: Does God need your offering (donation) to Him? Everything in heaven and earth belongs to Him, and He has everything without scarcity. What He cares is not how much you give, but how much you love Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meditation two: Do you recently give your offerings as a cheerful giver? Or, is it only based on conducting your duty, or fulfilling self-satisfaction, or receiving applause, or covering-up your sin, or deeming investment? Only by loving the Lord will you be willing to give. Offering depends on the level of faith, the motivation of willingness, and financial capability. The purpose is to make others blessed as well as to build up yourself, and to glorify God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You, for every good gift and every perfect gift is from You. Ask You to teach me that, before I giving offerings, I will first offer myself as a living sacrifice, and trust in faith what You have promised that “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Act 20:35<\/a>).
