Meditation one: What is\nChristians\u2019 family responsibility? It is not only to care about saving the\nsouls of the family members, but also to concern about their physical needs,\nincluding support of their parents. Believers, who do not provide for their\nrelatives, and especially for those in their own household, are equivalent to have\ndenied the spirit of their faith. If\npeople claim to have faith but have no deeds, God will not bless them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meditation two: What\nabout family members who have not yet believed in the Lord? To lead family\nmembers to believe in the Lord is quite challenge, but, through the grace of\nthe Lord, we can shine for God in our daily lives, live out godly lives among\nour family members, do our parts for our families, and bring their names\nto the Lord in our prayers. God has promised us; “I can\ndo all this through him who gives me strength.” (Php 4:13)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prayer: God heavenly Father,\nthank You for taking me to join the responsibilities of establishing a\nChristian family. I ask for Your forgiveness, because many times, I have\noverlooked the love and care needed by my families and relatives. Please help\nme, let me be the light among my family, friends, and relatives, be the salt of\nseasoning and preserving, and bring the true light to enlighten my entire\nfamily members.
