Meditation one: How can\nChristians avoid being lured by money and worldly affairs? They must\nproactively pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and\ngentleness (1Ti 6:11). If our spiritual lives remain\nthe same without pursuing renewal, we will unintentionally be assimilated by\nthe world. The attitudes and value systems \u200b\u200btoward our lives reflect whether a\nperson takes hold of the eternal life or only pays attention to earthly life\nand worldly affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meditation two: How do\nwe fight a good fight of the faith? First, to be a person of prayer, constant prayer will\nbring the outcome of the ministry. Second, we must preach the truth and\npractice godliness in order to make good confessions. Third, we must take hold of the eternal life until the\nLord returns. On that day, the crowns of righteousness will\nbe laid up for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prayer: Thank God for giving the\ngift of the eternal life through Jesus Christ. Please help me to fight for the\nsake of taking hold of the eternal life. Even if I pay a price, I want to be\nfaithful to You unto the end. Therefore, when I meet You face to face, I will\nbe blameless, not ashamed, and be able to enter into the glory of God.
