\u9ed8\u60f3\u4e00\uff1a\u4f60\u6b63\u5728\u70ba\u8a31\u591a\u4e8b\u6182\u616e\u7169\u8e81\u4ee5\u81f4\u65bc\u88ab\u58d3\u5f97\u900f\u4e0d\u904e\u6c23\u4f86\u55ce\uff1f\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u4e8b\u5949\u3001\u8ab2\u696d\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u3001\u7d93\u6fdf\u3001\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u7e8f\u8eab\uff0c\u5225\u5fd8\u4e86\uff0c\u4f60\u6211\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u4f5c\u795e\u5152\u5973\u7684\u7279\u6b0a\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u80fd\u5c07\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u6182\u616e\u5378\u7d66\u795e\uff0c\u56e0\u7942\u9867\u5ff5\u6211\u5011\u3002\u7942\u61c9\u8a31\uff1a\u300c\u51e1\u52de\u82e6\u64d4\u91cd\u64d4\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5230\u6211\u9019\u88e1\u4f86\uff0c\u6211\u5c31\u4f7f\u4f60\u5011\u5f97\u5b89\u606f\u3002\u300d\uff08\u592a11:28\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u79b1\u544a\uff1a\u611f\u8b1d\u795e\uff0c\u56e0\u88ae\u7684\u611b\u53ca\u4e0d\u8b8a\u7684\u61c9\u8a31\u3002\u6c42\u7962\u8b93\u6211\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u4ee5\u70ba\u628a\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u6182\u616e\u5378\u7d66\u7962\u5c31\u9ad8\u6795\u7121\u6182\u4e86\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u9084\u5f97\u300c\u52d9\u8981\u8b39\u5b88\u3001\u9a5a\u9192\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4ec7\u6575\u9b54\u9b3c\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u543c\u53eb\u7684\u7345\u5b50\uff0c\u904d\u5730\u904a\u884c\uff0c\u5c0b\u627e\u53ef\u541e\u5403\u7684\u4eba\u300d\uff08\u5f7c\u524d5:8\uff09\u3002\u4e3b\uff0c\u6211\u9858\u6642\u6642\u523b\u523b\u6295\u9760\u7962\u3002\u5949\u4e3b\u8036\u7a4c\u7684\u540d\u7948\u6c42\uff0c\u963f\u5011\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation one: Are you\noverwhelmingly stressful because of worrying about and bothering by a lot of\nthings? Those things may resulted from your job, ministry, school, family,\nfinance, interpersonal relationship, or illness, remember, you and I have the\nprivilege of being children of God so we can cast all\nour anxiety on Him because He cares for us. He has promised: “Come to me, all you\nwho are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Mat 11:28)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation two: Why\nis anxiety also a sin? It is because anxiety makes us disavow the omniscient,\nalmighty, and everlasting God. It also makes us uncertain about His words,\nfaithfulness, guidance, provision, and protection. Anxiety often distracts us\nand drives us away from God. We must turn to God in time to ask God to forgive\nour little faith. He will renew our strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayer:\nGod, thank You for Your love and everlasting promises. Please make me known\nthat, after casting my anxiety on You, I should not just sit back and relax,\nbut I also have to “be\nalert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion\nlooking for someone to devour.” (1Pe 5:8) Lord, I want to put my\ntrust in You all the time.
