Meditation one: Are you falling to the valley of your life, in difficult situation and suffering? Turn to God! He said, “My grace is sufficient for you.” His grace is not just going to be adequate, but also sufficient at present and more than sufficient in the future. You don’t have to ask the Lord to make His grace be sufficient, because the grace He promised has already been sufficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meditation two: What are you suffering for? Is your suffering unjustified? Or is it worthy? If it is for Christ’s sake, you should be grateful for the “thorn” that God allows, such as weakness, humiliation, and hardship. The adversity that God allows is not punishment, but warning; not compulsion, but discipline. Suffering is often a hidden blessing that the Lord gives to you. So, do not regard lightly, but cherish it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prayer: Lord Jesus, Thank You for the sufficient grace that You have given to me. I do not ask You to remove the thorns or sufferings from my life.
