《聖誕靈修默想五》：忽然，有一大隊天兵同那天使讚美神說：「在至高之處，榮耀歸與神！在地上平安，歸與祂所喜悅的人！」（路2:13-14）
默想一：人生在世，最需要的是什麼？是真正的平安！問題是真平安在哪裡找？你不可能從財富、教育、文化、宗教、軍力尋獲，因它是從神來的。真正的平安乃是罪得赦免以後所產生的心境。沒有罪的捆綁與控告的人，感覺一身輕。凡來到主面前的人，不僅罪得赦免，心靈充滿了基督所賜的平安。
默想二：耶穌降生的那天晚上，天兵天使所報的佳音主要是告訴我們什麼？主耶穌的降世是榮耀歸神及平安歸人。神也藉著耶穌使兩者都成全了。耶穌來到世上不僅是把神的國推展於地上，讓人進入神的國，越多人歸向主，神的名得榮耀。祂也把人從罪中拯救，不僅使人與神和好，享受在神國裡的平安，也使人與人和睦相處。救主降生不是關於歡慶的節目、熱鬧、禮物，而是關於神的愛。
禱告：感謝天父，因袮的獨生愛子耶穌基督的降生，我們才明白神的愛是何等的長闊高深。求袮的聖靈光照我，我要以報恩的心活出袮的愛，不僅使袮的名得榮耀，也讓人因認識袮得享平安。奉耶穌寶貴的名禱告，阿們！
《 Christmas spiritual meditation 5》: “Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”” (Luk 2:13-14)
Meditation one: Living in this world, what is needed most? It is true peace! The question is where to find true peace? You can’t find it from finance, education, culture, religion, military power, because it comes from God. True peace is a state of mind derived after sins are forgiven. Those who are not in the bond and accusation of iniquity will be relieved. Those who come to the Lord not only are forgiven of their sins, but their hearts are also filled with the peace from Christ.
Meditation two: On the night of Jesus’ birth, what has the good news been proclaimed by the heavenly host and angels told us? The coming of the Lord Jesus was the glory to God and peace to mankind. God also has accomplished both through Jesus. Jesus came to the world not only to extend the kingdom of God on the earth, but also to allow people to enter the kingdom of God. Having more people turn to the Lord, the name of God will then be glorified. He also saves people from sin, not only makes people reconcile with God and enjoys peace in the kingdom of God, but also makes people live in harmony with one another. The birth of the Savior is not about celebrations, excitement, gifts, but about the love of God.
Prayer: Thank You Heavenly Father. Because of the birth of Your only beloved son, Jesus Christ, we understand the breadth and length and height of God’s love. May Your Holy Spirit enlighten me, and I want to live out Your love with a heart of gratitude, not only to glorify Your name, but also to let people enjoy peace through knowing You. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, Amen!
