        "rendered": "<p>\u300a\u4eca\u65e5\u9748\u4fee\u9ed8\u60f3\u300b\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u65e2\u6709\u9019\u8a31\u591a\u7684\u898b\u8b49\u4eba\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u96f2\u5f69\u570d\u8457\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u5c31\u7576\u653e\u4e0b\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u91cd\u64d4\uff0c\u812b\u53bb\u5bb9\u6613\u7e8f\u7d2f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7f6a\uff0c\u5b58\u5fc3\u5fcd\u8010\uff0c\u5954\u90a3\u64fa\u5728\u6211\u5011\u524d\u982d\u7684\u8def\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ef0\u671b\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u4fe1\u5fc3\u5275\u59cb\u6210\u7d42\u7684\u8036\u7a4c\u3002\u300d\uff08\u4f8612:1-2\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9ed8\u60f3\u4e00\uff1a\u4f60\u6b63\u8d70\u5728\u4e16\u754c\uff08\u77ed\u66ab\uff09\u7684\u8def\u4e0a\uff1f\u9084\u662f\u8d70\u5728\u5929\u570b\uff08\u6c38\u6046\uff09\u7684\u8def\u4e0a\uff1f\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u8dd1\u7684\u5929\u8def\u6c38\u9060\u662f\u300c\u64fa\u5728\u524d\u982d\u7684\u300d\u7684\u8036\u7a4c\u57fa\u7763\uff0c\u7942\u662f\u6211\u5011\u4fe1\u5fc3\u7684\u5275\u59cb\u6210\u7d42\u8005\u3002\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u8def\u6c38\u9060\u662f\u8ddf\u5728\u6211\u5011\u5f8c\u9762\u7684\u8def\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u6211\u5011\u5728\u9019\u8def\u4e0a\u8d70\u4e86\u591a\u9060\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u8def\u7e3d\u662f\u96e2\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u6b65\u3002\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6642\u5019\u6211\u5011\u8f49\u8eab\u5411\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6642\u5019\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u96e2\u958b\u4e86\u6b63\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9ed8\u60f3\u4e8c\uff1a\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u5c08\u5fc3\u8d70\u5929\u570b\u7684\u8def\uff1f\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u300c\u653e\u4e0b\u300d\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u91cd\u64d4\u4e26\u300c\u812b\u53bb\u300d\u5bb9\u6613\u7e8f\u7d2f\u7684\u7f6a\u3002\u628a\u6240\u6709\u90a3\u4e9b\u5728\u4f60\u5fc3\u982d\u4e0a\u7684<s>\u81bd<\/s>\u64d4\u5b50\u5982\u7070\u5fc3\u3001\u6182\u6101\u3001\u96e3\u904e\u3001\u53d7\u58d3\u3001\u7169\u60b6\u7b49\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u90a3\u4e9b\u8b93\u4f60\u5206\u5fc3\u7684\u8caa\u5a6a\u3001\u4eab\u6a02\u3001\u540d\u5229\u3001\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4e00\u5207\u5371\u5bb3\u6211\u5011\u8207\u795e\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u4e8b\u7269\u90fd\u5f97\u653e\u4e0b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u85c9\u8457\u8056\u9748\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\u5411\u8457\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u6a19\u7aff\u76f4\u8dd1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u79b1\u544a\uff1a\u4e3b\u8036\u7a4c\uff0c\u611f\u8b1d\u7962\u628a\u8a31\u591a\u8d70\u904e\u5929\u8def\u7684\u898b\u8b49\u4eba\u64fa\u5728\u6211\u9762\u524d\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u90fd\u662f\u6211\u8d70\u5929\u8def\u7684\u5566\u5566\u968a\uff0c\u6709\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u52a0\u6cb9\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u66f4\u52a0\u5805\u5b9a\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u7684\u773c\u76ee\u5c08\u6ce8\u5728\u7962\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e0d\u504f\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u53ea\u7dca\u7dca\u8ddf\u96a8\u7962\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u884c\u5b8c\u7962\u70ba\u6211\u5b9a\u7684\u8def\u7a0b\u3002\u5949\u4e3b\u8036\u7a4c\u7684\u540d\u79b1\u544a\u3002\u963f\u5011\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u300aToday&#8217;s spiritual meditation\u300b:&nbsp; \u201cTherefore, since we are surrounded by such a\ngreat cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin\nthat so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out\nfor us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.\u201d (Heb\n12:1-2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditation one: Are you\nwalking on the road of this world (transiency), or on the path of heaven (eternality)? Christians\nalways race on the \u201cmarked out\u201d path, which is the path of Jesus Christ. He is\nthe pioneer and perfecter of our faith. The road of this world is always right behind us. No\nmatter how far we are on our path, the road of this world is always only one\nstep behind us. Whenever we turn backwards, we will be dragged away from the\nright path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditate 2: How do\nChristians concentrate on the path of heaven? You must \u201cthrow\noff\u201d everything that hinders and \u201clay\naside\u201d the sin that so easily\nentangles. Put aside all the things that can imperil\nyour relationship with God such as the burdens in your heart like frustration, sorrow,\nsadness, tension, stress, etc., as well as greed, pleasure, fame, and status that\ncan disorientate you. Then, with the guide of the Holy Spirit, you can press\non toward the goal of Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prayer:\nLord Jesus, thank You for placing in front of me a great cloud of witnesses who\nencourage me as cheerleader along the path of heaven. With their cheers, my\nfaith is more steadfast. Let my sight set upon You, not to the left or right,\njust follow You until the end of the journey You set for me. I pray in the name\nof the Lord Jesus. Amen!&nbsp; <\/p>",
