Meditation one: Have you\never found that once you truly follow the Lord, suffering will follow, and\ndisaster will chase around one after another? Will you feel regretful? The\nnarrow path of the cross has never been an easy journey, or a smooth voyage,\nbut rugged passages full of challenges. Our Lord has not sinned, but He was\npierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; \u201cthe punishment\nthat brought us peace was on Him, and by his wounds we are healed.” (Isa 53:5) He leaves us an example that we\nshould follow in His steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meditation two: Do\nChristians suffer even if they live out good deeds? There is nothing surprise\nabout this. Because the world does not know Jesus Christ, they will then\nghettoize you, dispute against you, pick on you, and try to ruin your life.\n“Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has\ncome on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But\nrejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you\nmay be overjoyed when his glory is revealed.” (1Pr 4:12 -13) It is true that a Christian\u2019s\nsuffering is often a God\u2019s blessing in disguise. God loads the cross upon us,\nbut the cross gives us His glory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
