It is the return of the Lord Jesus! But the\nquestion is how do we prepare ourselves to meet our Lord? We should make every\neffort to pursue to live a holy life. This is because &#8220;when He\nappears we may be confident and unashamed before Him at his coming.&#8221; (1Jn 2:28)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditation two: If\nthe Lord Jesus comes today, are you ready? Are you excited? Do you feel nervous?\nIs this good news for you? Or, is that a bad news? No one will know when the\nLord Jesus will return, and no one can escape either. However, it is certain\nthat we must render ourselves before God. The Bible reminds us again and again\nthat the timing of His return is as unpredictable as a thief, so we should be\nsober in prayer and be ready for His return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prayer:\nDear Lord, thank You for the promise of Your second come. Thank You for reminding\nme how I should meet You. Give me a heart of sober in prayer. I should not be\nlazy, complacent, arrogant, and careless just because you have not yet returned.\nI should instead actively pursue spiritual growth. Lord, please strengthen me,\nand I am willing to make good use of every single day to live a sanctified\nlife. I pray in the precious name of Jesus. Amen!<\/p>",
