The Psalm says, “Be\nstill, and know that I am God”\n(Psa 46:10). Come to Abba Father in time and pour out your soul before\nHim. He has promised: “He gives strength to the weary and\nincreases the power of the weak.”\n(Isa 40:29)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meditation two: Do\nyou want to experience a life like an eagle soars on wings? The key is to\n“hope in the Lord “!\nWaiting does not mean not doing anything, but to laid down your own efforts and\nlet God guide you to do it. The Psalm says, \u201cNo one who hopes in you\nwill ever be put to shame”\n(Psa 25: 3) Just turn your head up and look upon God, and He will be our help\nat any time, to make weakness being strong and frustration being hopeful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prayer:\nDear Lord, thank You for knowing my weaknesses and needs. Facing this busy,\nnoisy, tense, and unsettled world, please give me a serene soul, not only eager\nto get closer to God through Bible reading and prayer, but also learn to face\nYou serenely, ” Yes, my soul, find\nrest in God; my hope comes from Him” (Psa 62: 5). Give me a willing heart\nto obey your word, because Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a\nlight for my path. I pray in the victorious name of Jesus Christ, Amen!<\/p>",
