        "rendered": "<p>\u300a\u4eca\u65e5\u9748\u4fee\u9ed8\u60f3\u300b\uff1a\u300c\u4f60\u5011\u8981\u5148\u6c42\u7942\u7684\u570b\u548c\u7942\u7684\u7fa9\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6771\u897f\u90fd\u8981\u52a0\u7d66\u4f60\u5011\u4e86\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u70ba\u660e\u5929\u6182\u616e\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u660e\u5929\u81ea\u6709\u660e\u5929\u7684\u6182\u616e\uff1b\u4e00\u5929\u7684\u96e3\u8655\u4e00\u5929\u7576\u5c31\u5920\u4e86\u3002\u300d\uff08\u592a6:33-34\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9ed8\u60f3\u4e00\uff1a\u4e3b\u8036\u7a4c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4e0d\u8981\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u660e\u5929\u6182\u616e\uff1f\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u6240\u4fe1\u7684\u662f\u6628\u65e5\u3001\u4eca\u65e5\u3001\u76f4\u5230\u6c38\u9060\u7684\u795e\u3002\u7942\u53ea\u8981\u6211\u5011\u628a\u300c\u6c42\u795e\u7684\u570b\u548c\u7942\u7684\u7fa9\u300d\u5217\u70ba\u4eca\u5929\u7b2c\u4e00\u512a\u5148\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u628a\u8a8d\u8b58\u795e\u4e26\u8207\u7942\u5efa\u7acb\u95dc\u4fc2\u7576\u4f5c\u9996\u8981\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u6211\u5011\u5176\u9918\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u7942\u5fc5\u8ca0\u5b8c\u5168\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u4f9b\u61c9\u6211\u5011\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9ed8\u60f3\u4e8c\uff1a\u4f60\u6b63\u5728\u70ba\u8a31\u591a\u4e8b\u64d4\u6182\u55ce\uff1f\u6216\u88ab\u91cd\u64d4\u58d3\u5f97\u900f\u4e0d\u904e\u6c23\u4f86\u55ce\uff1f\u8f49\u5411\u4e3b\u8036\u7a4c\u5427\uff01\u5c07\u4f60\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u6182\u616e\u5378\u7d66\u7942\uff0c\u56e0\u7942\u9867\u5ff5\u4f60\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u77e5\u9053\u7942\u662f\u201c\u5929\u5929\u80cc\u8ca0\u6211\u5011\u91cd\u64d4\u7684\u4e3b\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u62ef\u6551\u6211\u5011\u7684\u795e\u201d\uff08\u8a6968:19\uff09\uff0c\u4f60\u7576\u611f\u8b1d\u8b9a\u7f8e\u7942\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u79b1\u544a\uff1a\u963f\u7238\u7236\u795e\uff0c\u611f\u8b1d\u7962\u4e0d\u8b8a\u7684\u61c9\u8a31\u3002\u6c42\u7962\u6559\u5c0e\u6211\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u505a\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff0c\u90fd\u8981\u5148\u6c42\u7962\u7684\u570b\u548c\u7962\u7684\u7fa9\uff0c\u8b93\u7962\u7684\u65e8\u610f\u81ea\u7531\u884c\u5728\u5730\u4e0a\u5982\u540c\u884c\u5728\u5929\u4e0a\u3002\u6709\u7962\u638c\u7ba1\u660e\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u9084\u64d4\u5fc3\u4ec0\u9ebc\u3002\u6c42\u7962\u5805\u5b9a\u6211\u300c\u4fe1\u800c\u9806\u670d\u300d\u7684\u6c7a\u5fc3\uff0c\u6211\u8981\u6642\u6642\u523b\u523b\u5730\u6295\u9760\u7962\u3002\u5949\u8036\u7a4c\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u540d\u79b1\u544a\u3002\u963f\u5011\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300aToday&#8217;s spiritual\nmeditation\u300b:&nbsp; \u201cBut seek first His kingdom and His\nrighteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do\nnot worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has\nenough trouble of its own.\u201d (Mat 6:33-34)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditation one: Why\nJesus the Lord does not want us to worry about tomorrow? It is because the God\nwho we believe is the same yesterday, today, and forever. As long as we let\n&#8220;seek His kingdom and His righteousness&#8221; be today\u2019s first priority, that is, knowing God\nand building a relationship with Him as the top priority, then He will carry\nthe full Responsibility on the rest of all things and supply all our needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditation two: Are\nyou worrying about many things? Or you are getting exhausted by heavy burdens?\nTurn to the Lord Jesus! You can cast all\nyour worries on Him because He is thinking upon you. If you know that He is\n&#8220;the God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.&#8221; (Psa 68:19), you would thank and praise Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prayer:\nAbba Father, thank You for Your never changing promise. Teach me that whatever\nI do, first seek Your kingdom and Your righteousness. May Your will be done on\nearth as it is in heaven. Since tomorrow is ruled over by You, I\nshouldn\u2019t worry about anything. Please strengthen my decision to &#8220;trust\nand obey&#8221;. I will trust in You in every single moment. I pray in the name\nof Jesus Christ. Amen!<\/p>",
