《今日靈修默想》：「我是世界的光。跟從我的，就不在黑暗裡走，必要得著生命之光。」（約8:12）
默想一：你能描述今天世界的亂象是什麼？已經到了黑白不清、是非不明、真假不分、善惡模糊！因為我們心靈的眼睛被魔鬼弄瞎了，我們住在越來越黑暗的世界裡。此時此刻，人類最需要的是世界的光，而耶穌基督是唯一能照亮世界的真光，也是唯一能給我們的生命之光。
默想二：我們要如何活在神的光中？只有跟隨主，並信從這位世界的光，就不至於迷失，更重要的是得著生命的光。有基督作我們的光，我們的眼睛就明亮，能明辨、看清前面的路。凡在神恩光中的所行、所思、所是、所為必蒙福。
禱告：主耶穌，感謝祢所賜的真光—世界的光，生命的光。因著祢的光的照亮、指引、保護、帶領，我的生命充滿盼望。求祢使用我餘下的生命為祢發光。讓周圍的人從我身上看見祢的真光。奉耶穌寶貴的聖名祈求。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12)
Meditation one: Can you describe what the chaos of today’s world is? It has reached to the point that there is no such thing as right and wrong, true and false, real and fake, good and evil! We live in a dimming world because our souls are blinded by the devil. At this moment, what humanity needs most is a light shining on the world, and Jesus Christ is the only true light that illuminates the world and the only one that can give us the light of life.
Meditation two: How should we live in the light of God? Simply follow the Lord, we will not get lost, and more importantly, will receive the light of life. With Christ as our light, our eyes are enlightened, able to discern and see the path ahead. Under God’s glorious light, anything we do, or think, or act, or proceed, shall be blessed.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for the true Light you give to us – the light of the world, the light of life. My life is full of hope because of Your light illuminates, escorts, protects, and guides me. Please use the rest of my life to shine for You. Let the people around me see Your true light through me. I pray in Jesus ‘ precious Holy Name. Amen!
