《今日靈修默想》：「你們務要警醒，在真道上站立得穩，要作大丈夫，要剛強。凡你們所做的，都要憑愛心而做。」（林前16:13-14）
默想一：基督徒面對末世黑暗的權勢、異端邪說、社會亂象、道德敗壞、婚姻瓦解時，我們怎麼辦？要退縮、妥協、放棄？神不要我們效法這世界的標準及潮流。相反地，神要我們在真道上站立得穩、在靈命上顯出長大成熟、在凡事上表現剛強。
默想二：基督徒只要在真道上（信仰上）盡到捍衛、堅守、實踐、見證的責任就夠了嗎？我們還要在生活上盡上彰顯基督愛的責任，做每一件事都以愛為出發點。當基督徒在愛中彼此相顧、彼此同心，不僅沒有給撒旦留下破口，反而讓別人看出我們是基督的門徒。
禱告：親愛的主，謝謝袮，袮愛教會，甚至為教會捨己。求袮賜我愛袮與愛教會的心，讓我在每一天的生活中不斷的操練「儆醒」、「剛強」及「愛心」，在愛中為袮作見證，並與袮一同建造袮的教會。奉耶穌基督寶貴的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.” (1Co 16:13-14)
Meditation one: What do Christians do when they face the power of the darkness, heresy, social chaos, moral corruption, and the breakdown of marriage at the end of days? Are we going to retreat, compromise, and give up? God does not want us to follow the values and trends of this world. On the contrary, God wants us to stand firm on the truth, to grow mature spiritually, and to be strong in everything.
Meditation two: For Christians, Is it enough to just fulfill their responsibilities of defending, adhering, practicing, and witnessing in the truth (belief)? We must also fulfill the responsibility of showing the love of Christ in our lives, and do everything with love as our starting point. When Christians look after each other in love and care for each other, not only does it not leave an a target for Satan, but let others see that we are disciples of Christ.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You. You love the Church, and even give Yourself up for the Church. Please give me a heart to love You and the church. Let me in every day of my life constantly practice “to be sober-minded”, “to be strong” and “to love”, to testify in love for You, and build up the Church together with You. I pray in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
