《今日靈修默想》：耶穌醒了，斥責風，向海說：「住了吧！靜了吧！」風就止住，大大地平靜了。耶穌對他們說：「為什麼膽怯，你們還沒有信心嗎？」（可4:39-40）
默想一：你的人生正面臨「忽然起了暴風」像一艄艘船正在下沉嗎？現在不是你分析暴風的強度、破壞力如何，而是及時地轉向耶穌基督並依靠祂的時刻。耶穌在船上，何不趕快叫醒祂呢？只有祂能使風平浪靜，賜你真正的平安。因為祂是天地萬物的主，一切都聽命於祂。
默想二：你信心的根基穩固嗎？只有經歷過風暴、苦難、打擊、試煉的考驗才能茁壯成長。信心是不憑感覺，不靠自己，不依賴人，更不看環境，只單單地依靠主，抓住主的話，聽從主的話。
禱告：阿爸父神，感謝祢成為我隨時的幫助。我知道人生在世不可能避免苦難、危險、失敗，但我相信作神兒女的，袮絕不會丟棄我為孤兒。有祢的同在，我還怕什麼。有祢在身旁，我甚至能對著風浪傲笑。主啊，我承認有時我的信心不足，求祢加增我信心。奉主耶穌的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”” (Mar 4:39-40)
Meditation one: Is your life facing a “furious squall” like a sinking boat? It is not a right time for you to analyze the intensity and destructive power of the squall but to turn to Jesus Christ in time and rely on Him. Why not quickly wake up Jesus on the boat? Only He can calm the waves and give you true peace. Because He is the Lord of all things in heaven and earth, everything is subject to Him.
Meditation two: Is the foundation of your faith solid? Only through squalls, sufferings, blows, and trials, we can grow and mature. Faith depends not on feelings, or self, or people, or the environment but relays only on the Lord. Seize the words of the Lord, and obey Lord’s words.
Prayer: Abba Father, thank You for being my very present help in trouble. I know that life cannot get away from suffering, danger, and failure, but I believe that as a child of God, He will never abandon me as an orphan. With Your presence, what am I afraid of. With Your presence, I can even proudly laugh at the waves. Lord, I confess that once in a while my faith is insufficient. Please increase my faith. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
