讀經：希伯來書第七章。
默想：「凡靠著祂進到神面前的人，祂都能拯救到底，因為祂是長遠活著，替他們祈求。」（來7:25）
默想一：我們憑什麼相信所有進到神面前來的人，主耶穌都能拯救到底？因為在天上寶座有一位為我們的罪死而復活的主，就是大祭司耶穌基督在神的右邊天天為我們祈求，並承擔我們所有的案件。人的禱告常會軟弱，會灰心以致停頓，但主為我們的禱告永不停止，為了使我們蒙拯救到底。
默想二：主耶穌為我們禱告的目的是甚麼？是求神保守我們，保護我們，叫我們像祂一樣，敢與世界分別，使神的榮耀得彰顯。不管世界的引誘多厲害，各方的挑戰多艱難，撒但的攻擊多瘋狂，人的肉體多軟弱，但我們的禱告必帶來得勝，因為有主耶穌代禱的力量，祂必能保守我們。
禱告：天父上帝，感謝祢拯救到底的應許。既然知道有主耶穌在神的右邊為我代求，我因此更放心地把一切的憂慮重擔卸給祢，因為祢顧念我。求袮教導我，我願成為隨時禱告的人，時刻為有需要的人禱告，像袮長遠為我代求一樣。奉耶穌基督得勝的名禱告，阿們！
Bible Reading: Hebrews 7
Insight: : “Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.” (Heb 7:25)
Insight one: Why do we believe that Lord Jesus is able to save completely all of those who come to God? This is because we have a living God who died and resurrected for our sins, a high priest Jesus Christ seats on the right hand of God and intercede for us. He bears our cases every day. People’s prayers are often weak and can be disheartened and even ceased, but, in order to save us completely, the Lord’s intercessions for us will never cease.
Insight two: What is the purpose of the Lord Jesus’ intercession for us? He is asking God to keep us, to protect us, to make us become like unto Him, to have the courage of setting apart from the world and manifesting the glory of God. No matter how tempting the world is, how difficult the challenges can be, how insane Satan’s attacks are, how weak our fleshes become, yet our prayers surely will bring victory. For with the power of the Lord Jesus’ intercession, He will be able to keep us.
Prayer: God heavenly Father, thank You for Your promise of saving us completely. Since I know that the Lord Jesus is interceding for me at the right hand of God, I should cast all my anxiety and burden onto You because You care for me. Please teach me. I am willing to be a person who prays at all times and always pray for that in need, just like You intercede for me without ceasing. I pray in the victorious name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
