《今日靈修默想》：「你趁著年幼，衰敗的日子尚未來到，就是你所說，我毫無喜樂的那些年日未曾臨近之先，當記念造你的主！」（傳12:1）
默想一：為什麼要我們信神不能再等呢？ 因為時間不會等我們；生命不在我們的掌控裡，病痛也由不得我們。為此我們「當趁耶和華可尋找的時候尋找祂，相近的時候求告祂」（賽55:6）。當趁著還有今天，記念造我們的主，親近祂、認識祂、服事祂，你的人生才有意義。
默想二：基督徒要怎樣善用有限的人生？要趁著今天還能為主使用時，及早地、甘心地、勇敢地把自己獻給神。像詩歌所講的《將你最好的獻給耶穌，獻出你年輕的力量》。你還要在等什麼？求聖靈的光照，讓我們及時地回應神的愛。
禱告：親愛的主，感謝祢叫我們從罪裡得了釋放，又賜我們新的生命。求祢幫助我，讓我按祢創造我的旨意，我願意把餘下的光陰給袮用。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, “I find no pleasure in them.”” (Ecc 12:1)
Meditation one: To believe in God, why shouldn’t wait till later? Because time will not wait for us; life is not under our control; Get sick or not is also not determined by us. For this we “seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near” (Isaiah 55:6). As long as it is still called today, remember our creator, be close to Him, know Him, and serve Him, so that your life will then have meaning.
Meditation two: How could a Christian makes good use of the limited life time? We must give ourselves to God early on, and willingly, bravely while we still can be used by the Lord. As the hymn sings, “Give your best to the Lord. Give the strength of your youth.” What are you waiting for? Pray for the Holy Spirit’s enlightenment, so that we can respond to God’s love in a timely manner.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for freeing us from our sins and giving us new lives. Please help me, let me follow Your will of creating me. I am willing to give You the rest of my life for You to use. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen!
