默想經文：「次日早晨，天未亮的時候，耶穌起來，到曠野地方去，在那裏禱告。」（可1:35）
默想一：你最近的禱告生活如何？一般說來，基督徒禱告的三大障礙是什麼？是忙！忙！忙！當年耶穌為神國忙碌，但祂很看重服事前到曠野與父神禱告交通，藉著與天父上帝的親近重新得力。耶穌需要禱告，那更何況是我們呢？你越繁忙時，你越需要禱告；在你不想禱告時，是你正需要禱告。沒有禱告的生活，不要想有果效的服事，更不要想神為你作更大的事。
默想二：避免掉入試探並脫離兇惡的最佳防備是什麼？儆醒禱告！要在屬靈的爭戰上得勝有餘嗎？迫切禱告！禱告不是「備胎」，遇到困難才呼求，而是「方向盤」，指示我們如何走正路。記得，沒有禱告，就不要摸聖工。
禱告：主耶穌，感謝祢所立的禱告榜樣。求祢賜我智慧及毅力，使我珍惜與袮相交的禱告時光。主，我能為家庭、教會、國家所做的有限，但我願為他們成為守望禱告的人。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！
Insight: “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.” (Mar 1:35)
Insight one: How about your recent prayer life? Generally speaking, what are the three major obstacles for Christians to pray? They are busy, busy and busy! At that time, Jesus was busy for the kingdom of God, but He valued prayer before ministry through fellowship with God the Father in a solitary place, and regained strength by being closer to God the Father. Jesus needs to pray, not to mention us? The busier you are, the more you need to pray; when you do not want to pray, it is you who really need to pray. Don’t anticipate a fruitful ministry without a life of prayer, let alone God do greater things for you.
Insight two: What is the best way to lead us not into temptation and deliver us from the evil one? Watch and pray! Do you want to be more than a conqueror in spiritual warfare? Pray urgently! Prayer is not a “spare tire”; cry out only when you encounter difficulties, but a “steering wheel” that guides us how to go the right way. Remember, without prayer, don’t touch God’s ministry.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for setting Your examples of prayer. Give me wisdom and perseverance, so I can cherish the prayer time I have with You. Lord, what I can do for the family, the church, and the country is limited, but I would like to watch and pray for them. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
