《今日靈修默想》：「若有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已過，都變成新的了。」（林後5:17）
默想一：你信主以前和信主以後有什麼不同？你的朋友、同事、同學、家人看出你的改變並羨慕你的基督徒生活嗎？到教會並不代表你是新造的人，受過洗也不代表你是真基督徒，唯有「在基督裡」與祂的生命聯合的人，並且在靈命上追求成長，活出基督生命的人。
默想二：只有在基督裡才能成為新造的人嗎？是的，因當你接受耶穌的那一刻，聖靈已經把新生命賜下，把你的內在改換一新，包括你舊有的驕傲、自大、看法、暴躁、嗜好、惡習。你不須要靠修補或替換掉你的舊人，因為基督已經把全新的生命賜給你，你在基督裡是新的創造，你的生命與生活都被祂更新了。
禱告：親愛的主，我讚美祢，因祢新的創造，讓我有新生命、新生活、新希望、新標準、新眼光、新價值觀。而且因著袮的慈愛與憐憫，賜給了我永生的應許。求祢教導我如何時刻地為祢而活，活出與蒙召身分相稱的生活。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2Co 5:17)
Meditation one: Is there any difference before and after you believe in the Lord? Do your friends, colleagues, classmates, and families observe your changes and admire your Christian life? Going to the Church does not mean that you are a new creation, and that being baptized does not mean that you are a true Christian. Only those who are “in Christ”, unit with His life, seek to grow in spiritual life, and live out Christ’s life are new creations.
Meditation two: Can you become a new creation only if you are in Christ? Yes, because the moment you accept Jesus, the Holy Spirit gives a new life and transforms your inner being, including your deep-rooted pride, arrogance, viewpoint, temper, interests, and bad habits. You do not need to fix or replace the old self, because Christ has given you a new life. You are a new creation in Christ, and your soul and life have been renewed by Him.
Prayer: Dear Lord, I praise You, because of Your new creation, I can have a new soul, a new life, a new hope, a new rule, a new vision, and a new value system. You gave me the promise of eternal life because of Your love and mercy. Ask You to teach me how to live for You in every moment, and let my manner of life be worthy of the calling. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
