《今日靈修默想》：神人說：「不要懼怕！與我們同在的比與他們同在的更多。」（王下6：16）
默想一：你對任何困難的眼光是什麼？你是看見事情的問題與嚴重？還是看見神要為你成就大事？大衛用屬靈的眼光來看歌利亞，別人看歌利亞又高又大，但大衛看見自己的神比他還要大。當我們屬靈的眼睛被開啟的時候，我們將看見神的作為。一旦看見神的保護，我們就可以剛強壯膽了。
默想二：這世界為什麼恨惡耶穌和跟隨耶穌的人？因為我們不屬黑暗的世界！耶穌說：「世界若恨你們 ，你們要知道在恨你們以先，世界已經恨我了」（約15:18）基督徒經常是為了信耶穌就被世界排斥和逼迫，撒旦用各種手段指控、毀謗、恐嚇基督徒。但我們的神必與我們同在，祂一而再，再而三地說：「不要懼怕！」因那在我們裡面的比那在世界的更大，與我們同在的比與他們同在的更多。
禱告：感謝主耶穌，因袮降生的目的是「以馬內利」—要與人同在。在世上有許多令人擔憂、懼怕、不安的事，但袮說：「你不要害怕，因為我與你同在；不要驚惶，因為我是你的神。我必堅固你，我必幫助你；我必用我公義的右手扶持你」（賽41:10。有袮的應許，我會放膽地為袮而活。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Don’t be afraid, the prophet answered. ‘Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.’” (2Ki 6:16)
Meditation one: How do you visualize any difficult situations? Do you look at those things to be wearisome and severe? Or visualize great things that God will do for you? David looked at Goliath through his spiritual eyes. While others saw Goliath as tall and big but David saw that his God was greater than Goliath. When our spiritual eyes are opened, we will see the work of God. Once we see the shield of God, we will be strong and courageous.
Meditation two: Why does this world hate Jesus and those who follow Him? It is because we do not belong to the dark world! Jesus said, “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first”. (Joh 15:18) Christians, because of their belief in Jesus, have often been excluded and persecuted by the world. Satan uses many ways to accuse, insult, and intimidate Christians. However, our God will be with us. He said again and again that “don’t be afraid!” since what in us is greater than what in this world and those who are with us are more than those who are with them.
Prayer: Thank You Lord Jesus. The purpose of your birth is “Immanuel” – to be with us. There are many things make people worrying, fearing, and disturbing in this world, but You said, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”(Isa 41:10). With Your promise, I will live for You boldly. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
