《今日靈修默想》：「我是世界的光。跟從我的，就不在黑暗裡走，必要得著生命之光。」（約8:12）
默想一：今天世界的亂象是什麼？已經到了黑白不清、是非不明、真假不分、善惡模糊！因為我們心靈的眼睛被魔鬼弄瞎了，我們的心靈活在黑暗卻不知。此刻，人類最需要的是世界的光，而耶穌基督是唯一能照亮世界的真光，也唯有祂能給我們生命之光。
默想二：我們要如何活在神的光中？只有跟隨主，並信從這位世界的光，才不至於迷失。跟隨主的人，必要得著生命的光。有基督作我們的光，我們的眼睛就明亮，能明辨、看清前面的路。凡在神恩光中的所行、所思、所是、所為必蒙神賜福。
禱告：主耶穌，感謝祢所賜的真光—世界的光，生命的光。因袮在光中的照亮、指引、保護、帶領，我的生命才有意義和方向。求祢使用我餘下的生命。讓人在我身上看見祢的真光。奉主耶穌的聖名祈求。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (Joh 8:12)
Meditation one: Can you describe what the chaos of today’s world is? It has reached to the point that there is no such thing as right and wrong, true and false, real and fake, good and evil! We live in a dimming world because our souls are blinded by the devil. At this moment, what humanity needs most is a light of the world, and Jesus Christ is the only true light that illuminates the world and the only one that can give us the light of life.
Meditation two: How can we live in the light of God? Simply follow the Lord and trust in the light of the world, and then we will not get lost. One who follows the Lord will have the light of life. With Christ as our light, our eyes are enlightened, able to discern and see the path ahead. Under God’s glorious light, anything we do, or think, or act, or proceed, shall be blessed.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for the true Light you give to us – the light of the world, the light of life. My life becomes meaningful because in Your light, You illuminate, escort, protect, and guide me. Please use the rest of my life to let the people around me see Your true light through me. I pray in Jesus’ Holy Name. Amen!
