默想：「那召你們的既是聖潔，你們在一切所行的事上也要聖潔。」（彼前1:15）Insight:  “But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do” (1Pe 1:15)

默想：「義人祈禱所發的力量是大有功效的。」（雅5:16b）Meditation:  “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” (Jas 5:16b)

默想：「人若知道行善，卻不去行，這就是他的罪了。」（雅4:17）Meditation:  “If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.” (Jas 4:17)

默想：你們只當說：「主若願意，我們就可以活著，也可以作這事，或作那事。」（雅4:15）Meditation:  “you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.”” (Jas 4:15)

默想：「你們親近神，神就必親近你們。」（雅4:8）Meditation:  “Come near to God and he will come near to you.” (Jas 4:8)

默想：「唯獨從上頭來的智慧，先是清潔，後是和平，溫良柔順，滿有憐憫，多結善果，沒有偏見，沒有假冒。並且使人和平的，是用和平所栽種的義果。」（雅3:17-18）Meditation:  “But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.” (Jas 3:17-18)
