默想：「所以我們只管坦然無懼地來到施恩的寶座前，為要得憐恤，蒙恩惠，作隨時的幫助。」（來4:16）Insight:  “Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” (Heb 4:16)

默想：「我們若將起初確實的信心，堅持到底，就在基督裡有分了。」（來3:14）Insight:  “We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.” (Heb 3:14 )

默想：「但基督為兒子，治理神的家；我們若將可誇的盼望和膽量堅持到底，便是祂的家了。」（來3:6）Insight:  “But Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are his house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope in which we glory.” (Heb 3:6)

默想：「兒女既同有血肉之體，祂也照樣親自成了血肉之體，特要藉着死敗壞那掌死權的，就是魔鬼，並要釋放那些一生因怕死而為奴僕的人。」(來2:14-15)power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.” (Heb 2:14-15)

默想：「我們若忽略這麼大的救恩，怎能逃罪呢？」（來2:3）Insight:  “how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation?” (Heb 2:3)

想：「天地都要滅沒，你卻要長存。天地都要像衣服漸漸舊了」(來1:11)Insight:  “They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment” (Heb 1:11)
