默想：「你們不要論斷人，就不被論斷；你們不要定人的罪，就不被定罪；你們要饒恕人，就必蒙饒恕。」（路6:37）Insight: “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.” (Luk 6:37)

默想：耶穌對他們（自以為義的法利賽人和文士）說：「無病的人用不著醫生，有病的人才用得著；我來本不是召義人悔改，乃是召罪人悔改。」（路5:31-32）Insight: “Jesus answered them (Self-righteous Pharisees and scribes), “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” (Luk 5:31-32)

默想：「人活著不是單靠食物，乃是靠神口裡所出的一切話。」（路4:4）Insight: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” (Luk 4:4)

默想：「你們要結出果子來，與悔改的心相稱。」（路3:8）Insight: “Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.” (Luk 3:8)

默想：「耶穌的智慧和身量，並神和人喜愛他的心，都一齊增長。」（路2:52）Insight: “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” (Luk 2:52)

默想：馬利亞說：「我心尊主為大；我靈以神我的救主為樂。因為祂顧念祂使女的卑微，從今以後，萬代要稱我有福。」（路1:46-48）Insight: “And Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed.”” (Luk 1:46-48)
