默想經文：「我的神！我的神！為什麼離棄我？」（太27:46b)Insight: “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” (Mat 27:46b)

默想經文：「總要儆醒禱告，免得入了迷惑。你們心靈固然願意，肉體卻軟弱了。」（太26:41）Insight: “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” (Mat 26:41)

默想經文：「我實在告訴你們：這些事你們既做在我弟兄中一個最小的身上，就是做在我身上了。」（太25:40）Insight: “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Mat 25:40)

默想經文：「誰是忠心有見識的僕人，為主人所派，管理家裡的人，按時分糧給他們呢？主人來到，看見他這樣行，那僕人就有福了。」（太24:45-46）Insight: “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.” (Mat 24:45-46)

默想經文：「你要盡心、盡性、盡意愛主你的神。這是誡命中的第一，且是最大的。其次也相倣，就是要愛人如己。」（太22:37-39）Insight: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” (Mat:22:37-39)
