就是那承認主名之人嘴唇的果子。」(來13:15)Insight:  “Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name.” (Heb 13:15)

默想：「耶穌基督，昨日、今日、一直到永遠是一樣的。」（來13:8）Insight:  “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Heb 13:8)

默想：「主是幫助我的，我必不懼怕，人能把我怎麼樣呢？」（來13:6）Insight:  “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” (Heb 13:6)

默想：「婚姻，人人都當尊重，床也不可污穢，因為苟合行淫的人，神必要審判。」（來13:4）Insight:    “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.” (Heb 13:4) 

默想：「所以，我們既得了不能震動的國，就當感恩，照神所喜悅的，用虔誠、敬畏的心侍奉神。因為我們的神乃是烈火。」(來12:28-29)Insight:  “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.”” (Heb 12:28-29)

默想：「你們要追求與眾人和睦，並要追求聖潔，非聖潔沒有人能見主。」（來12:14）Insight:  “Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.” (Heb 12:14)
