默想經文：「神不是死人的神，乃是活人的神。」（可12:27）Insight: “He is not the God of the dead, but of the living.” (Mar 12:27)

默想經文：「凡你們禱告祈求的，無論是什麼，只要信是得著的，就必得著。」（可11:24）Insight: “Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mar 11:24)

默想經文：耶穌看著他（求永生的富有少年官），就愛他，對他說：「你還缺少一件，去變賣你所有的，分給窮人，就必有財寶在天上；你還要跟從我。」（可10:21）Insight: “Jesus looked at him (the wealthy young man who was seeking for eternal life) and loved him. “One thing you lack,” he said. “Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”” (Mar 10:21)

默想經文：「鹽本是好的，若失了味，可用什麼叫它再鹹呢？你們裡頭應當有鹽，彼此和睦。」（可9:50）Insight: “Salt is good, but if it loses its saltiness, how can you make it salty again? Have salt among yourselves, and be at peace with each other.” (Mar 9:50)

默想經文：主耶穌說：「人就是賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有什麼益處呢？人還能拿什麼換生命呢？」（可8:36-37）Insight: Lord Jesus said : ”What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?” (Mar 8:36-37)

默想經文：「這百姓用嘴唇尊敬我，心卻遠離我。他們將人的吩咐（規條）當作道理教導人，所以拜我也是枉然。」（可7:6-7）Insight: “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.” (Mar 7:6-7)
