默想經文：「凡遵行神旨意的人，就是我的弟兄姊妹和母親了。」（可3:35）Insight:  “Whoever does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.” (Mar 3:35 )

默想經文：「康健的人用不著醫生，有病的人才用得著。我來本不是召義人，乃是召罪人。」（可2:17）Insight:  “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Mar 2:17)

默想經文：「次日早晨，天未亮的時候，耶穌起來，到曠野地方去，在那裏禱告。」（可1:35）Insight:  “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.” (Mar 1:35)

今日靈修默想：「你們要撕裂心腸，不撕裂衣服，歸向耶和華你們的神；因為他有恩典，有憐憫，不輕易發怒，有豐盛的慈愛，並且後悔不降所說的災。」（珥2:13） “Today’s spiritual meditation”: “Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.” (Joel 2: 13) 

今日靈修默想：『自從你出埃及地以來，我就是耶和華－你的神。在我以外，你不可認識別神；除我以外並沒有救主。…這些民照我所賜的食物得了飽足；既得飽足，心就高傲，忘記了我。』（何13:4-6） “Today’s spiritual meditation”: “But I have been the LORD your God ever since you came out of Egypt. You shall acknowledge no God but me, no Savior except me. I cared for you in the wilderness, in the land of burning heat. When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me.”(Hosea 13:4-6)
