默想：『那善於管理教會的長老，當以為配受加倍的敬奉；那勞苦傳道教導人的，更當如此。』（提前5:17） Insight:“The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching” (1Ti 5:17)

默想：「人若不看顧親屬，就是背了真道，比不信的人還不好，不看顧自己家裏的人，更是如此。」（提前5:8） Insight:“Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” (1Ti 5:8) 

你年輕；總要在言語、行為、愛心、信心、清潔上，都作信徒的榜樣。」（提前4:12）Insight:“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” (1Ti 4:12) 

默想：「這家就是永生神的家，真理的柱石和根基。」（提前3:15） Insight:“Which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.” (1Ti 3:15) 

默想：「我勸你，第一要為萬人懇求、禱告、代求、祝謝；為君王和一切在位的，也該如此，使我們可以敬虔、端正、平安無事的度日。」（提前2:1-2 ） Insight:“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.” (1Ti 2:1-2) 

默想：『基督耶穌降世，為要拯救罪人。』」（提前1:15） Insight:“Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” (1Ti 1:15)
