默想：「你們各人，若不從心裏饒恕你的弟兄，我天父也要這樣待你們了。」（太18:35）Insight: “This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart.” (Mat 18:35)

默想：「你們若有信心像一粒芥菜種，就是對這座山說：‘你從這邊挪到那邊’，它也必挪去，並且你們沒有一件不能做的事了。」（太17:20）Insight: “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” (Mat 17:20)
默想：「若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起祂的十字架來跟從我。」（太16:24）Insight: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” (Mat 16:24)
默想：「這百姓用嘴唇尊敬我，心卻遠離我；他們將人的吩咐當作道理教導人，所以拜我也是枉然。」（太15:8-9）Insight: “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.” (Mat 15:8-9)
默想：只因見風甚大，就害怕，將要沉下去，便喊著說：「主啊，救我！」耶穌趕緊伸手拉住他（彼得），說：「你這小信的人哪，為什麼疑惑呢？」（太14:30-31）Insight: “But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him (Peter). “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?”” (Mat 14:30-31)
