Meditation one: Why is it so important to remain in the situation we were in when God called us? In the past we were slaves of sin, but now we are released from sin and become children of God by faith in Jesus Christ. Although one\u2019s soul is free, it does not mean that we can overlook or detach from the responsibilities in our family, community and nation. As Christians, our lives still hold the obligated responsibility to bring more people to Lord to partake the goodness of the gospel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meditation two: Are you aware of what your role should be after you believe in the Lord? After we believe in the Lord, our worldly position and work, unless associated with sin, otherwise should be kept. The only difference is it is not an exterior appearance change, but a transform in one\u2019s inner mind. Now that we are saved, “whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” (Col 3:23)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prayer: God heavenly Father, thank You. Under Your mercy, even a person like me can still be used by You. It is not because of my appearance, talent and deed, but the gift and the calling from You. Please help me, regardless what my status, role, and position would be, to be willing to do my best to glorify Your holy name at the position You delegated to me.
