讀經：使徒行傳第十章。
默想：『凡信祂的人，必因祂的名得蒙赦罪。』（徒10:43）
默想一：耶穌的福音是為誰預備的？是為德高望重、學識淵博、廣行善事、奉公守法的人嗎？不是！乃是為每一個相信耶穌基督的人。凡是要與主建立關係，就得信靠這位上帝所膏立的基督。聖經明示：『我們若認自己的罪，神是信實的，是公義的，必要赦免我們的罪，洗淨我們一切的不義。』（約一1:9）
默想二: 人在神面前第一個需要解決的問題是什麼？就是罪！因為罪就是世上一切禍患的來源。罪的問題一日不能解决，人便一日活在罪的深淵裡。世上沒有人能解决罪的問題。但感謝神，祂差遣獨生愛子耶穌在十字架上為我們的罪死了，我們只要謙卑地來到神面前悔改，我們的罪因耶穌的名得蒙赦免。神應許：『凡靠著祂進到神面前來到人，祂都能拯救到底』（來7:25）
禱告：阿爸父神，感謝袮奇妙的救恩，藉著耶穌基督在十字架擔當了我們該死的罪，如今又賜給我們榮耀的特權，可以奉耶穌基督的名禱告。信靠袮的人是何等的有福。求袮幫助我，我願在凡事上尊袮的名為聖。奉主耶穌的名禱告，阿們！
Bible Reading: Acts 10.
Insight: “Everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.” (Act 10:43)
Insight one: Whom the gospel of Jesus is prepared for? Is it for someone of high esteem, profound knowledge, good deeds, and law-abiding? No! It is for everyone who believes in Jesus Christ. Anyone who wants to establish a relationship with the Lord must trust in the Christ anointed by God. The Bible clearly states: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness” (John 1: 9).
Insight two: What is the most fundamental problem that human beings need to resolve before God? It is sin! This is because sin is the source of all scourges in the world. As long as the problem of sin is not resolved, people will continue to live in the abyss of sin. No one in the world can resolve the problem of sin. But thank God, He sent His only beloved son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. We only need to humbly come to God to repent; our sins are forgiven in the name of Jesus. God promises: “Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him” (Heb 7:25).
Prayer: Abba Father, thank You for Your wonderful salvation. Through Jesus Christ on the cross, He has borne our sins worthy of death. Now we are even given the glorious privilege to be able to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. How blessed are those who trust in You? Please help me; I am willing to honor your name in all things. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!
