EDB will hold a special meeting at 3:00 pm this afternoon to evaluate youth ministry and the related position. Part of the meeting agenda is open to the congregation, those who are interested in youth ministry are welcome to attend. Zoom ID: 3365114364, Passcode: 180002.

On October 3rd, CCCB will hold a Combined Service for Missions month. The service will start at 10:30AM. Please note that all Sunday Schools are cancelled for that Sunday. There will be Holy Communion and offering. Please join us in prayer.

The Thanksgiving baptism will be held on Sunday afternoon of November 21. If you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, and desire to be baptized, please sign up and attend the 8-session baptismal online class staring October 10, taught by Sister Cathy Lee, class time and connection same to Sunday school. 2021-2022 AWANA has begun. Meetings are Friday 7:30-9pm in person at our church (1st meeting on Sept.17).We will have two groups of clubbers (K-2nd for Sparks and 3-6 grade for T&T).Please register at http://cccb.us/alpha/connect/ministries/awana-registration/. A company (LINK Sciences) donated some hand sanitizer (500ml bottle) to the church. Those in need can get it at the Fellowship Hall.

The church has officially started searching for our new Senior Pastor. The duties, qualifications and requirements of the future senior pastor can be found on the CCCB website http://cccb.us/alpha/connect/jobs/. Please pray fervently for this very important ministry!

CCCB is requiring all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, to wear appropriate face coverings at all times indoors. Due to rising transmission rates among unvaccinated, especially children, we want to be proactive about protecting the vulnerable. Thank you for your help in keeping everyone safe!
