《今日靈修默想》：「但那等候耶和華的必從新得力。他們必如鷹展翅上騰；他們奔跑卻不困 倦，行走卻不疲乏。」（賽 40:31）
默想一：你最近的靈性光景如何？感到疲憊、煩躁、軟弱、沮喪、孤單嗎？你現在需要的是「停！ 看！聽！」檢視自己是不是離神好遠了？詩人說：「你們要休息，要知道我是神」(詩 46:10) 。 及時地來到阿爸父神，向祂傾心吐意。祂應許：「疲乏的，祂賜能力；軟弱的，祂加力量」（賽 40:29）
默想二：你要經歷「如鷹展翅上騰」的生活嗎？關鍵在『等候耶和華的』！等候不是什麼事都不 做，而是放下自己的努力，讓神來帶領你怎麼做。詩人說：「凡等候袮的，必不羞愧」（詩 25:3）只要抬起頭來仰望神，祂要成為我們們隨時的幫助，使軟弱變剛強，失望變盼望。
禱告：親愛的主，感謝袮了解我的軟弱及需要。面對世界裡的忙碌、吵雜、緊張、不安時，求袮 賜我鎮定的靈，不僅渴慕藉著讀經及禱告親近神，也學會在袮面前「默默無聲，專心等候上帝， 因為我的盼望是從祂而來」（詩 62:5）。也求袮賜我樂意的心遵行袮的話，因袮的話是我腳前的 燈，路上的光。奉耶穌基督得勝的名祈求，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isa 40:31)
Meditation one: How is your recent spiritual status? Feeling tired, irritable, weak, depressed, lonely? What you need now is “Stop! Look! Listen!” to see if you are far from God? The psalmist said, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth” (Psalm 46:10). Come to God Abba Father in time and pour out your heart to Him. He promises: “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” (Isaiah 40:29)
Meditation two: Do you want to experience a life of “soaring on wings like eagles”? The key is “those who hope in the Lord”! Hoping is not doing nothing, but laying down your own efforts and letting God lead you to do. The psalmist said, “No one who hopes in you will ever be put to shame” (Psalm 25:3). Just lift up your head and look upon God, who will help us in time of needs, turning weakness into strength, and frustration into hope.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for understanding my weaknesses and needs. When faced the hecticness, racket, tension, and anxiety of the world, I ask You to grant me a still spirit, not only longing to draw near to God through reading the Bible and praying, but also learning to “find rest in God; my hope comes from Him.” (Psalm 62:5). Grant me a willing heart to obey Your Word, for Your Word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. I pray in the victorious name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
